2 Cats, 1 Crate

Here's a word problem for you:

There are 2 cats a and b that weigh 20 lbs each. They both have to be at the vet at 10am. Their caregiver does not lift weights and has 1 large dog crate and 1 small cat crate. How will she get them to the vet together on time?

a. Don't. Home euthanasia. No one likes cats anyways.
b. Don't be a cheap ass and buy another small crate to carry one in each hand.
c. Find someone else (like a husband) to take them who can carry 2 fattys in one crate.
d. Put one in the small crate and carry the other baby Bjorn style and attempt to not pass out with rotten tuna breath in your face.

If you chose d, you are correct!
Hubs can't take them, but that's OK, his fleece will help me.

For real though, I love these cats like kids. Once one of them was sick. I called into work, cried on the way to vet while telling him he would be OK. He subsequently had to have a procedure, so I drove home (crying), got one of his blankets and put some tuna water in a Tupperware and went back. I sat by the crate wall and talked to him before he had to go in and when he got out (He was the only one with a ton of stuff in his crate). $600 later he was better.

Happy Friday from one crazy cat lady!
